Reschedule an appointment
- Use the link in your appointment confirmation email or text message.
- Under the “Make changes” section, select “Reschedule appointment” and choose a new date and time.
- You’ll receive another confirmation email or text with your new appointment time.
Cancel an appointment
- Use the link in your appointment confirmation email or text message.
- Under the “Make changes” section, select “Cancel appointment”.
- You’ll receive another email or text that confirms your appointment was cancelled.

Pharmacy
If you booked an appointment at a pharmacy, visit their booking page or contact them directly.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at:
- Shopper’s Drug Mart online;
- Walmart by calling 1-833-812-5547; or
- Save-On-Foods online or by calling 867-668-6662.
Communities outside of Whitehorse
If you booked an appointment outside of Whitehorse, contact your local health centre.
